Three October days in Las Vegas: the business aviation industry's largest annual show, with the aircraft parked twenty minutes away at Henderson.
An event page tells you when it happens (with how sure we are of the date), why it matters, how the week around it feels, when to arrive and leave, where people stay, how access works, and which events come before and after it on the circuit.
NBAA-BACE is the annual convention of the National Business Aviation Association, and since the cancellation of its European counterpart it is without serious rival as the business aviation industry's selling event.
The exhibition floor covers the whole supply chain — airframers, engine and avionics makers, completions and interiors houses, charter and fractional operators, brokers, finance and insurance, maintenance networks, ground handlers and flight-department software — alongside an education programme covering safety, operations, maintenance, regulation and flight-department management.
It is a trade event, closed to the general public, and its rhythm reflects that: exhibitors work the floor, buyers move between the halls and Henderson on shuttle buses, and the evenings run on manufacturer and operator hospitality across the Strip.
01Why it matters
This is where business aircraft are shown, ordered and financed, and where the operators who fly them meet the regulators who oversee them. Its importance rose sharply in 2026, when EBAA cancelled EBACE in Geneva and left Europe without an equivalent, concentrating the industry's annual gathering in a single American week.
02The week around it
Las Vegas in late October is at its best and the convention is one of several large shows sharing the month, so hotel rates are high without being at their January peak.
03When to arrive
Arrive Monday.
04Where to stay
The Convention Center district at the north end of the Strip is the practical choice: the Westgate, Resorts World, the Wynn and Encore and the Venetian complex are all within a short walk or a monorail stop of the halls. Mid-Strip properties add fifteen minutes each way.
05Access and hospitality
NBAA-BACE is a trade show. Registration is open to industry professionals and accredited media rather than the public, with NBAA members receiving preferential rates and several tiers of access covering the exhibition, the education sessions and the static display.
06Where the social activity happens
The bars and restaurants of the north Strip resorts carry the week, with manufacturer and operator dinners in the private rooms of the Venetian, Wynn and Resorts World complexes.

09History
NBAA was founded in 1947 as a trade association for corporate flight departments, and its annual meeting grew alongside the industry it represents, from a small operators' conference into a convention with a floor plan measured in acres.
10Who is there
Corporate flight department managers and chief pilots; aircraft owners and their advisers; manufacturer sales and engineering teams; charter, fractional and management operators; brokers, appraisers, financiers and insurers; maintenance, completions and interiors firms; avionics and software suppliers; regulators from the Federal Aviation Administration and abroad; and specialist aviation press.
