Termos de utilização

1. Acceptance
By visiting, using or viewing Global Social Season (the "Site") you agree to these Terms of Use and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the Site.
2. The Site is information, not advice
The Site is an independent editorial and data publication about the international social calendar. Nothing on it constitutes travel, financial, investment, legal, tax or personal advice, nor does it represent the opinion of, counsel from, or a recommendation by Global Social Season or any of its affiliates, operators or partners. Nothing on the Site constitutes a recommendation that any particular event, destination, transaction or course of action is suitable for any specific person. Global Social Season is not a travel agent, tour operator, ticket seller, broker-dealer or registered investment adviser and does not hold itself out as any of these. To the extent any content touches on financial matters, Global Social Season relies on the publisher's exclusion in Section 202(a)(11) of the Investment Advisers Act of 1940: it is a bona fide publication of general and regular circulation and does not provide personalized advice.
3. Dates and event information
Event dates, venues and access information are compiled from organizers, governing bodies and named publications on the dates shown. Each dated entry carries a status; anything other than Confirmed is an estimate that may change, and even confirmed dates are changed by organizers without notice. Verify with the organizer before travelling, booking or buying tickets. Event names and trademarks belong to their owners; the Site is not affiliated with, endorsed by or a seller for any event unless expressly stated.
4. Circuit Score and editorial judgments
The Circuit Score is an editorial rating produced by a published method and marked provisional. It is opinion, not measurement, and creates no warranty about any event.
5. Intellectual property
Editorial text, the selection, coordination and arrangement of the calendar and database, the taxonomy of circuits and seasons, the Circuit Score method and the software are owned by the publisher and protected by copyright, database and unfair-competition law. Photographs are the property of their creators and are used under the licences shown; those licences, not these Terms, govern their reuse. You may view pages, share links, and quote short excerpts with attribution.
6. Prohibited uses
Except as expressly permitted by the public API and its documented limits, you may not: (a) extract, scrape, crawl or harvest the Site's content or data in bulk by automated means; (b) reproduce, compile or redistribute the database or any substantial part of it, in any form, whether or not for payment; (c) systematically download event, destination or circuit records for the purpose of building a competing or derivative dataset or service; (d) republish editorial content commercially; (e) circumvent rate limits, access controls or other technical protections; (f) use the Site to train, fine-tune or evaluate a machine-learning model except where the publisher has granted a licence in writing; or (g) frame or mirror the Site. Ordinary indexing by public search engines that honour robots.txt, and ordinary personal use, are permitted. Automated access that exceeds documented limits may be throttled, logged and blocked, and the publisher reserves all remedies.
7. Public API and feeds
The public API, the JSON and Markdown representations, and the iCalendar feeds are provided for personal use and for applications that respect the documented limits and carry through the provenance fields (source, status, verification date). Higher volumes require a written licence. Keys may be revoked for misuse.
8. Commercial relationships
Some links may be affiliate or referral links and some placements may be sponsored; both are labelled where they appear and described in the Affiliate Disclosure and the Advertising Disclosure. Commercial relationships never determine what is listed, how it is scored or how it is described.
9. Third-party content and links
News headlines and summaries are the property of their publishers and link to the original article. Links to organizers, venues and other third parties are provided for convenience; the publisher is not responsible for their content, availability or terms.
10. Disclaimer of warranties
The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, timeliness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Data may be incomplete, delayed or revised.
11. Limitation of liability
All viewers agree that under no circumstances will Global Social Season, its operators, partners, officers, employees, affiliates, or agents be held liable for any loss or damage — direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or otherwise, including travel costs, missed events, lost profits or data — caused by your reliance on information obtained here or by your use of, or inability to use, the Site. Where liability cannot be excluded by law it is limited to the greatest extent permitted.
12. Corrections and takedown
Report errors through the corrections page. Rights holders who believe an image or text is used outside its licence should contact us; the item is removed while the question is checked.
13. Changes
These Terms may be updated; the date at the top shows the current version. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
14. Operating entity
The operating entity will be stated here when incorporated; until then the Site is operated by its publisher under the name Global Social Season. Questions about these Terms: contact.
