ONE°15 Marina Sentosa Cove launched the festival in April 2023, more than fifteen years after the marina itself opened in 2007, positioning the show as a natural extension of the marina's existing role as a base for Southeast Asian yacht owners and charter operators. Each of its three editions through 2026 grew on the last by the organizer's own reported figures, a trajectory distinct from the flat or declining attendance some longer-established boat shows elsewhere have described in recent years.
