Dubai's marine trade show, moved permanently from spring to late November starting in 2026, now staged at Dubai Harbour.

The Dubai International Boat Show changed its calendar position for 2026, moving from the spring slot it had held for decades to late November, a shift the organizer, Dubai World Trade Centre, describes as permanent from 2027 onward. The show also runs from a different venue than its historic home: Dubai Harbour, the marina development between Palm Jumeirah and Bluewaters Island, has replaced the Dubai World Trade Centre's own exhibition grounds and the Dubai Canal sites used in recent years — a coincidence of naming, since Dubai World Trade Centre is the organizing company rather than the current venue.
The organizer's recent figures describe more than 32,000 visitors, over 1,000 exhibiting brands and more than 200 boats and watercraft on display, organized into sections including a Superyacht Avenue, a general marina display, marine luxury and lifestyle exhibits, equipment and gadgets, a dive zone, an innovation zone and a national pavilion, Port of Call, run by the Italian Trade Agency. The 2025 edition displayed boats reported to be worth some AED 3.1 billion in total.
01Pourquoi c'est important
The show is the Gulf region's principal marine trade event, positioned to serve a market the organizer describes as already holding a meaningful share of the world's superyacht fleet, and its move to November aligns it with the start of the region's own cooler, more comfortable outdoor season rather than competing with the spring calendar most of the rest of the world's boat shows occupy. The rescheduling is itself a significant recent development in the show's history and should be understood as deliberate repositioning rather than a one-off change.
02La semaine environnante
Late November in Dubai falls at the start of the emirate's peak tourist and events season, after the summer heat has broken, and the show adds a marine-industry-specific draw to a calendar already filling with other major Dubai events at that time of year. Dubai Harbour and the surrounding Bluewaters and Palm Jumeirah areas see concentrated visitor and exhibitor traffic for the five days.
03Quand arriver
The middle days of the show are the steadiest for serious buyers and brokerage meetings before any weekend increase in general visitors; the show's compact five-day span makes a two-day visit sufficient to cover the main sections.
04Où séjourner
Palm Jumeirah and the Dubai Marina area, both close to Dubai Harbour, are the natural base; downtown Dubai and the Jumeirah Beach corridor are a short drive further and offer a wider range of hotel stock.
05Accès et hospitalité
The organizer sells day and multi-day tickets online for general access; boarding a specific yacht for sale requires an appointment through its exhibiting broker or yard rather than the general ticket. Prices are set on the organizer's own ticketing platform and are not quoted here.
06Où se déroule l'activité sociale
Dubai Harbour's own promenade and marina walk are the show's public spine, with the restaurants and cafés of the surrounding Bluewaters and Palm Jumeirah developments taking the evening crowd drawn by the show alongside Dubai's ordinary high-season tourist traffic.

08Informations pratiques
09Historique
The show has run for more than three decades, reaching what the organizer described as its 32nd edition in 2026, implying an original founding in the mid-1990s as Dubai's own waterfront and marine-leisure infrastructure was first being built out. Dubai World Trade Centre has organized the show throughout, and the recent shift in venue from DWTC's own exhibition grounds to Dubai Harbour reflects the broader development of Dubai's marina infrastructure since the 2010s.
10Qui s'y trouve
Boat and yacht buyers across the Gulf and wider Middle East, North Africa and South Asia region; brokers and shipyard sales teams; the region's growing superyacht ownership base; marine equipment and lifestyle exhibitors; and a large international trade-visitor contingent, reported by the organizer as drawn from more than 120 countries.

| 2027 | PrévuThe organizer has stated the show is permanently positioned in November from 2027 onward, but exact 2027 dates were not confirmed directly on the organizer's own site as of September 2026; widely repeated secondary reporting cites 25-29 November 2027, close to the one-week-earlier estimate used here (24-28 November), derived by shifting the confirmed 2026 dates back one day to hold the Wednesday-to-Sunday pattern. This should be reconciled with the organizer's own announcement once published. | |
| 2026 · 32nd edition | · 32nd edition | ConfirméThe organizer confirms 25-29 November 2026 at Dubai Harbour, describing this as a rescheduling from the show's traditional spring (April) slot and stating the event is now permanently repositioned to November each year. |
